The Lock Screen timer isn't showing

Linen puts long jobs — the washing machine, the dishwasher — on your Lock Screen as a Live Activity. If you can't see it:

The countdown runs on its own, so it keeps working with Linen closed and your phone asleep.

I'm not getting notifications

Linen sends two kinds: a nudge on your reset day, and an alert when a background job finishes. Turn them on in Settings › Linen › Notifications. If you skipped the permission during setup, iOS won't ask again — you have to enable it there.

Changing your rituals or your day

Tap the control in the top right of the home screen. You can switch rituals on and off, add your own, and pick the day and hour that suit you. Changes apply to your next reset.

Managing your subscription

Linen is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly to your Apple Account. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

To change or cancel it, go to your Apple subscription settings — on your iPhone that's Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the period ends.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple, not by us, so refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Your local consumer rights still apply.

Restoring a purchase

New phone, or reinstalled the app? Tap Restore on the subscription screen while signed in to the same Apple Account.

Where your data lives

On your iPhone, and nowhere else. Linen has no accounts, no servers, no analytics and no trackers. Deleting the app removes everything with it — so if you're moving phones, make sure your device backup is on first. See the Privacy Policy.

Something's broken

Email us with what you were doing when it happened, your iPhone model and your iOS version. If it's a visual glitch, a screenshot helps a great deal.
